Reviews
Professional, reliable, and responsive
I’ve been a customer with KDS for nearly 15 years and have always been extremely happy with the service. Kerry and his team are professional, reliable, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. My home alarm system has worked flawlessly over the years, giving me real peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable home security provider.
Really professional
I cannot recommend KDS Fire and Security enough. Our alarm system was in a bit of a mess and the monitoring company we were using were really difficult to contact. Kerry explained everything and made recommendations. Maricel arrived on time and did a really good and neat job fixing all the problems with our system. Kerry recommended another monitoring company and Maricel did the switch. That monitoring company are great to deal with too. All in all a really professional job was done by really nice people in KDS.
Extremely reliable and friendly
Kerry and Marshall are excellent to deal with they are two gentlemen. There work is next to none. They are extremely reliable and friendly. No issue is too big or small and they are always extremely prompt in coming into our setting to fix any issues. Even after the many times our children knock off the sensors. If you want reliability, good service and security and attention to details. Kerry and Marshall are the men for the job.
